Psagot Dessert Sweet Red Wine (also known as Psagot Prat) is a port-style dessert wine from Psagot Winery in Israel's Judean Hills, made from a blend of red grape varietals grown at 900 meters above sea level. Fermentation is arrested with wine alcohol to lock in natural grape sweetness, then the wine spends 12 months in French oak barrels, building notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and velvety, supple tannins. Rich and full-bodied, it's built for sipping slowly after dinner or alongside chocolate desserts and aged cheese.
