Behind Próspero is Stella Anguiano, one of Mexico's few female master distillers, with musician Rita Ora as creative partner. The añejo is built from 100% blue agave grown in the Los Valles lowlands of Jalisco, then rested at least twelve months in oak. That patience shows up as toasted caramel, cacao, and roasted fruit laced with warm cooking spice and vanilla. Wine Enthusiast handed it 97 points. Pour it neat to catch every layer, or let it anchor an añejo Old Fashioned.
