Distilled in Indiana from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, it is initially entered into new charred barrels at 120 proof. We carefully select a small batch of 20 to 40 barrels, which are then bottled at a robust barrel proof. The average bottled proof is around 115.
