Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Classic fully aged Bourbon Whiskey. This corn-forward bourbon is aged for a minimum of four years, roughly equivalent to two congressional terms. Distilled in Indiana from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, it is initially entered into new charred barrels at 120 proof. We carefully select a small batch of 20 to 40 barrels, which are then bottled at a robust barrel proof. The average bottled proof is around 115.
Tasting notes
Strong notes of vanilla, cherry and peach. Flavor is full of citrus and tobacco, finished with long sweet vanilla notes and spice.
