Tasting notes
Nose: Vanilla, toasted oak, mint, and cinnamon
Palate: The texture was incredibly silky, but it was weighty at the same time, vanilla, caramel, and red currant. The back doubled down on spice with rye, cinnamon, clove, sweet corn, nutmeg, and oak.
Finish: Vanilla, toasted oak, cinnamon Red Hots, and an herbal flavor played the last hand.
