Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Clonakilty Distillery sits on West Cork's wild Atlantic coast, where the Scully family has farmed barley by the sea for generations. This blend pairs a smooth Irish malt with nine-year-old grain whiskey, finished together in port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley. Expect a peach-gold pour with baby powder and jasmine on the nose, cinnamon-scone sweetness, dried orange peel, and red apple, all carried by a delicate, well-balanced palate. Sip it neat after dinner, or alongside dark chocolate to echo its port-cask sweetness.
