In the Jalisco highlands, ripe Blue Weber agave is slow-roasted in small brick ovens, then double-distilled in handcrafted copper pot stills using nothing but agave, yeast, and water — no additives. The result is a crystal-clear blanco with bright citrus and cooked-agave sweetness, a whisper of black pepper, and a crisp, warm finish. Pour it over ice with lime, or shake it into a proper margarita.
