Patrón Silver is the unaged blanco that helped put super-premium tequila on the map, made at Hacienda Patrón in Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber Agave and just three ingredients: agave, yeast, and water. The baked agave is crushed with both a modern roller mill and the ancient two-ton tahona stone, then twice distilled in small copper pot stills. Expect fresh agave, honeydew, lemongrass, and citrus peel with a clean, lightly peppery finish. Lovely sipped neat or built into a Margarita.
