Born from Oak & Eden's collaboration with indie Americana duo Penny & Sparrow, this bourbon rests on a 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley mash bill and ages in charred American white oak. Before bottling, a toasted oak spire is dropped in for extra depth, landing the pour at a bold 114 proof. Vanilla, butterscotch, and toasted oak carry through the finish. Pour it neat by the fire and let the layers unfold slowly.
Tasting notes
After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, imparting sweet, creamy flavors, and notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and butterscotch.
