Created in collaboration with Fort Worth-based indie blues singer/songwriter, Abraham Alexander, we crafted his one-of-a-kind signature bottle of whiskey. We begin with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We cut this bourbon to 90 proof (45% ABV).
Tasting notes
After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with vanilla, imparting sweet, creamy flavors, and notes of vanilla, toffee, and toasted marshmallow.
