Naveh White comes from Château Golan's Tel Fares vineyard in the central Golan Heights, where basaltic soil at roughly 750 meters shapes a distinctly mineral Sauvignon Blanc. Hand-picked grapes are pressed on arrival and left to ferment naturally, split between stainless steel and French oak, then aged seven months before blending. The result pours pale gold with grapefruit, ripe peach, and honeydew on the nose, opening into lemon, gooseberry, and roasted hazelnut on the palate — a pour built for grilled fish, goat cheese, or a bright seafood spread.
