Made from Agave salmiana (Maguey Verde) grown across the high Altiplano of San Luis Potosi, it's distilled at Hacienda Santa Isabel by second-generation mezcalero Juan Jose "Che" Hernandez. Expect aromas of fresh herbs, bell pepper and jalapeno, then a palate that's lightly sweet with mineral depth and just a whisper of smoke. Bottled at 45.1% ABV.
