Martell has been crafting Cognac since 1715, and their XO shows off a house signature: a heavy lean on the Borderies, the smallest and one of the rarest of Cognac's growing crus, balanced by the power of Grande Champagne. Distilled from clear Ugni Blanc wines in copper pot stills, then aged well past the ten-year XO minimum, it unfolds with fig, walnut, dried fruit and warm baking spice across a full yet mellow palate. Pour it neat in a tulip glass after dinner. 40% ABV.
