Every Trajineras bottle is hand-painted by Oaxacan artists using the alebrije technique, its colors drawn from the ornate boats of Xochimilco, Mexico City. Inside is an Extra Añejo rested more than three years across new American and European oak, then married together for layers of dried fruit, pineapple, toasted almond, and warm cinnamon over charred wood. Pour it neat in a rocks glass and let the long, spiced finish unfold slowly.
