Tequila's usually a young spirit, but Dobel 50 Extra Añejo flips that: it's matured in American oak, then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels borrowed from Silver Oak, the California winery marking its own 50th anniversary. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on a single-family estate in Jalisco's lowlands, it pours bright amber with gold sparkle, and the barrel time shows in mandarin, fig, and date notes over roasted agave. Sip it neat, slowly, in a proper glass, the way you'd treat a good wine.
