Le Chemin du Roi Brut Rosé Champagne is produced in the Montagne de Reims in partnership with Champagne Castelnau. The blend is 45% Pinot Meunier, 40% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Noir, with a portion vinified as red wine for color, then aged over four years on its lees — well past the region's minimum. It took Best Sparkling Rosé honors at the Critics Challenge International Wine Competition. Expect a salmon-pink hue, black cherry and toasted almond on the nose, and a full, crisp palate. Pour it with grilled salmon or a charcuterie spread.
