Here's a Provence rosé with a story: founder Donae Burston launched La Fête in 2017 after falling for St-Tropez pink at a beachside birthday, aiming to open wine culture to everyone. It's made in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez with Château Saint-Maur, one of Provence's Cru Classé estates, from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Pale salmon and dry, it opens with strawberry, citrus and melon and a whisper of hazelnut. Pour it well-chilled alongside seafood, salads or fresh cheeses.
