Rather than chasing one vintage, Krug blends more than 120 wines from over ten different harvests, leaning on deep reserve stocks for roundness and breadth. It rests at least seven years on the lees before release, arriving with a nose of white flowers, lavender and almond and a palate of white fruit, citrus and that signature lemony lift. Pour it cool, around 9 to 12°C, alongside oysters or aged parmesan.
