Añejo Reserva starts with hand-harvested Blue Weber agave from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco's Tequila Valley, then rests at least 12 months across French oak wine barrels, bourbon barrels, and sherry casks — the sherry lending real chocolate and dried-fruit depth. Expect coffee, caramel toffee, and citrus zest up front, hazelnut and apricot on the palate. Sip it neat, slow, after dinner.
