Kilinga Bacanora Blanco is a 100% Agave Angustifolia Pacifica spirit from Álamos, Sonora, Mexico, grown on founder Rodrigo Bojorquez Bours's family ranch between the Sierra Madre foothills and the Sea of Cortez. The agave is roasted for four days in mesquite-fired volcanic stone ovens, crushed by a traditional tahona wheel, then double distilled in copper pot stills. Unaged, it opens with smoky, earthy sweetness and finishes dry and mineral-driven, with a bold layer of toasted caramel. Sip it neat to explore Sonora's answer to mezcal, or shake it into a smoky agave margarita.
