Juliette isn't your average peach liqueur — it's built around pêche de vigne, a rare heirloom peach that grows only in French vineyards and ripens for a few weeks each July. Bordeaux blenders macerate whole peaches in eau-de-vie for up to five weeks, then round it out with three-year-old French brandy. The result is 18% ABV, honeyed and floral, with peach skin, jasmine, and a touch of vanilla on the nose. Pour it over ice, into a Pimm's Cup, or alongside sparkling wine.
