Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Meet the release that started it all for J.J. Corry: a blended Irish whiskey built from malt and grain whiskeys aged five to thirty years, matured on the family farm in Cooraclare, County Clare. Oloroso and PX hogsheads meet first- and second-fill bourbon casks, layering orchard fruit — white peach, apricot, ripe red apple — into candied orange peel and stone-fruit tart on the palate. Bottled at 46% ABV, it has picked up gold medals at the Irish Whiskey Awards and World Whiskies Awards. Pour it neat and let the layers unfold slowly.
