Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Back in 1866, Irish immigrant James Watt Kelly built a whiskey brand in Chattanooga that outlasted him — and Old Milford is its modern revival. This single barrel edition takes barrels already resting 5-8 years and moves them into a fresh new American oak barrel for another 8-12 months, doubling down on wood influence at 109 proof. Expect bold oak, vanilla, caramel and baking spice, with a peppery finish. Pour neat to let the double-oak character unfold.
