Born from a partnership between the country band Midland and Jalisco's Herrera brothers, Insolito Reposado is 100% Weber Blue Agave distilled high in the Sierra del Tigre mountains. It's additive-free, made with just agave, water, and yeast, then rested up to ten months in virgin American oak toasted to a light 2.5 char. That short nap keeps the blanco's sweetness while layering in almond, vanilla, and a whisper of spice. Pour it neat, over ice, or into a Paloma.
