It weaves together more than forty Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, including a rare one saved from the 1920 harvest in the house's Paradis cellar. Distilled on fine lees and rested in French oak, it opens with iris and lilac, bright citrus, and notes that echo French pâtisserie, with cedar underneath. One of just 1,920 hand-numbered bottles.
