Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Say hello to a high-rye Kentucky single barrel that leans into spice. Hand Barrel builds it on a mash of 64% corn, 24% rye, and 12% malted barley, then ages it in Char #4 American white oak and bottles it non-chill-filtered at cask strength (around 105 proof). Expect vanilla and oak on the nose before cinnamon-clove warmth takes over, with a bold, lightly sweet finish. Pour it neat, add a single big cube, or build a spirit-forward Old Fashioned.
Tasting notes
Nose: Vanilla, Oak, Winter Spice
Palate: Vibrant vanilla oak gives way to a mouth warming cinnamon- clove spice that delights the tongue.
