That port cask leaves its mark — rye spice and clove up front, a creamy palate of vanilla, orange zest and pepper, finishing with dried fruit warmth. Built from a 60% rye, 34% corn, 6% malt bill and bottled at 100 proof. Pour it neat to catch the fruit-forward finish.
