Air-dried barley (zero peat) matures in first-fill sherry, bourbon, and refill oak, giving toffee apples and citrus on the nose and a palate of honey, vanilla, over-ripe grapes, and gentle cinnamon before a long, coffee-tinged finish. Bottled at 43%, this Time Keeper set pairs it with a branded Glencairn glass. Pour it neat and let it open up on an unhurried evening.

Appearance: Natural, rich gold
Nose: Coconut oil, honey, lemon zest, dried oak
Palate: Toffee apples, cinnamon spice, ginger, orange, shortbread
