Here's a tequila that splits the difference between crisp and cozy. General Gorostieta's Joven marries unaged Blanco with Reposado rested eight months in American oak, all made from Los Altos highland agave at NOM 1414 in Arandas, and it's certified additive-free. Expect warm apple and tropical fruit on the nose, then an agave-forward sip layered with vanilla, baking spice, pineapple, and a grapefruit-kissed finish. Sip it neat to catch every nuance, or build a bright, complex margarita.
