A highland blanco born in the Los Altos hills of Jalisco, where agave grows past 2,000 meters and cool nights deepen its character. Distilled at NOM 1414 from 100% blue agave slow-roasted in stone ovens, it's bottled unaged and additive-free. Expect cooked agave up front, with caramel, black pepper, and floral rose-petal notes rolling into bright tropical fruit and a whisper of minerality. Pour it neat to explore, or let it carry a Paloma or Margarita.
