Château Gazin Rocquencourt Blanc comes from a 2.5-hectare parcel of cool limestone soil in Pessac-Léognan, Graves, on an estate now overseen by the Bonnie family of Château Malartic-Lagravière. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is barrel-fermented and aged 10 to 12 months in 30-50% new French oak, a method that builds texture without masking the fruit. Expect citrus, white peach, and honeyed depth with a touch of toast from the barrel. Pour it chilled alongside grilled fish, goat cheese, or roast chicken for a classic Bordeaux white pairing.
