INGREDIENTS
Dealcoholized French organic Chardonnay wines, natural aromas, natural grape aromas.
ROBE:An intense gold color and copper hues, with fine, elegant bubbles and a delicate mousse.
NOSE: Great complexity, reminiscent of old Blanc de Blancs, with an extensive spectrum of caramelized nuts, candied fruit, dried spice, Mocha, and dried apricot aromas, followed by toasted bread, vanilla, brioche, and Tarte Tatin notes. A subtle hint of aniseed lingers on the finish.
PALATE: An initial burst of freshness, with a good concentration and fleshy texture and creaminess. A balanced acidity with notes of Mirabelle, plum, and marmalade. Layers of honeyed dried fruit and delicate brioche notes emerge, lending a depth of flavor. The lingering finish is both refreshingly crisp and creamy, imparting a truly unparalleled tasting sensation of complexity and singularity.
