Found North is a Canadian whisky blending house run by brothers Nick and Zach Taylor — and this rye marks the label's very first single barrel release. A blend of aged rye and corn whiskies, finished eight months in a freshly charred American oak barrel, then bottled undiluted at cask strength (109.4 proof / 54.7% ABV) with no chill filtration. Nose of cherry, vanilla and nutmeg gives way to orange marmalade, coconut, cinnamon and coffee on the palate. Pour it neat.
