Found North isn't a distillery so much as a whisky scout — they source well-aged Canadian rye, then rebarrel it stateside, finishing each single-barrel selection differently just to see what happens. Barrel #7 went into a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, and the sherry shows: raspberry jam thick on buttered rye toast, spice against dark fruit sweetness. Bottled at cask strength, uncut and unfiltered, no coloring added. Pour it neat, or over one big cube and let it open up slowly.
