Found North doesn't distill — they hunt down aged Canadian whisky stocks and blend them into something new from a small operation in New Hampshire. Batch 005 marries a 21-year corn (finished 8+ years in new American oak after ex-bourbon casks) with an 8-year wheat aged wholly in new oak, bottled uncut at 58.1% ABV from a run of just 2,071 bottles. Expect caramelized brown sugar, buttery pastry, and mint on the nose, with graham cracker and rock candy carrying into a long, tobacco-tinged finish. Pour it neat.
