Flam Noble is the flagship red blend from Flam Winery, founded in 1998 by brothers Golan and Gilad Flam in Israel's Judean Hills. Made only in select vintages, Noble blends Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Syrah from the winery's top Upper Galilee and Judean Hills plots, then ages roughly 20 months in French oak. Expect a deep, full-bodied glass layered with blackcurrant, dark plum, and cedar notes, backed by firm tannins. Decant before serving alongside grilled lamb or aged hard cheeses.
