First released in 2021, Batch #1 of this special single malt was our fastest selling finished whisky ever. Batch #2 adds more coastal and caramel notes, really complementing the creamy elements of our spirit style.Primarily matured in first-fill bourbon casks laid down in the winter of 2018 before a secondary maturation in peated casks, this single malt brings the west coast of Scotland here to the east coast of Yorkshire.How smoky is this release? A touch more smoke than Batch #1 but with more fruit and still very soft.
