It has the pleasant honey flavor we enjoy as well as a faint citrus flavor that blends in well with the other flavors. It is very sweet, perhaps a little too sweet for my tastes, but I discovered that blending it half-and-half with Evan Williams 100 proof BiB bourbon makes it just right for me; it retains all the citrus and honey flavors while being less sweet, and it raises the proof to about 85, which I find to be a much nicer sipper. I'll keep purchasing this honey-flavored Evan Williams and diluting it with Evan Williams bourbon that is 100 %."
