Arroqueño is one of the slowest agaves in the game, often taking 18 to 25 years in the wild before it's ready, so every sip here carries real patience. Made in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca by Juan Hernández Méndez, it's naturally fermented in open encino-wood vats and distilled in copper pots.
