Egans Conviction 10 Year Old Irish Whiskey is a decadent blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskey, married in XO Cognac casks. Aged for no less than 10 years, Egan's Conviction is non chill-filtered to retain it's delicate character.
Tasting notes
Nose: Honeysuckle, soft peaches, toasted almonds, a touch of lemon zest.
Palate: Still floral with silky honey, soft notes of fresh apricot, and denser, sweet prunes. Notes of sweet granola, toasted nuts, and leathery oak build.
Finish: A creamy balance of earthen oak, warming spice, and dried fruits.
