This expression is a 10-year bourbon that is set to rest in 2nd generation heavily charred Garryana casks to create a one-of-a-kind premium bourbon experience. 10 years in the making reared in the South, tamed in the West.
Nose: Bold spiced fruit bread with citrus and peppercorn. Faint aromatics of apple fruit and wood.
Flavor: Opens with assertive oak and moves over the palate with dry floral tannins. The warmth is welcoming and lends notes of lemon peel and burnt sugar. The finish is long and dry.
