Dulce Amargura - Joven Tequila

From the agave fields of El Arenal, Jalisco comes a Joven built by blending aged reposado and añejo tequila rather than starting from blanco, a house approach that skips the usual young-spirit sharpness. The nose leans into preserved fruit (peach, cherry, banana) with cinnamon, black pepper, and mint over sweet cooked agave; the palate turns silky, honey-laced, and balanced. Bottled in a hand-painted ceramic decanter by artisans continuing a 30-year distilling tradition, it's built for a slow evening, sipped neat or over one large cube. Certified kosher.
