Tasting notes
Nose: Heavy dried fruits, refreshing citrus and ethanol notes hit the nose first. After opening up a bit finer notes of honey, vanilla, and a touch of oak come out.
Palate: Peppery wood notes are first to hit the palate, quickly followed by creamy vanilla that coats the entire palate. Lastly, crisp citrus and sweetness of dried fruits hit the back of the palate.
Finish: The finish is long and lingers for a bit of time allowing the smaller notes of oaks, toasted nuts, and light vanilla come through.
