Here's a vodka with a genuinely wild backstory. Founder PJ Rigney went looking for nature's purest spirit and returned with two botanicals: the fruit of the African Kigelia, or "sausage tree," and wild nettle foraged around Drumshanbo. Both get slow-distilled with Irish grain at The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, giving a clean pour with a lightly fruity, herbaceous edge. At 43% ABV it holds up beautifully over ice with chilled soda, a squeeze of lime, and a wedge of orange.
