Dos Artes' Doble Barrica añejo is a study in wood: crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave in Arandas, Jalisco, then matured in brand-new French and American oak barrels for a genuinely double-cask finish. Expect an aromatic nose of cooked agave, vanilla, and toasted oak, unfolding into chocolate, toffee, and warm baking spice on the palate. Each 1-liter bottle is individually hand-painted ceramic, no two alike. Pour neat in a copita to let the layered wood notes stretch out, or alongside dark chocolate for an after-dinner sip.
