Don Londrés started as an unlikely side project for music manager Dre London (the guy behind Post Malone), who partnered with master distiller Francisco González, whose family has been making tequila in Jalisco for generations. Made from 100% blue agave in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco, with nothing added beyond agave and time, this reposado rests in bourbon barrels, picking up soft citrus and deep vanilla against a delicate, velvety palate. Best served simply, over a big rock of ice.
