Dios Azul Reposado Tequila is a 100% blue agave tequila from Puerto de Hierro in Jalisco, Mexico, produced under NOM-1477 by a family of agave masters now four generations deep. After distillation, the spirit rests 7 to 9 months in a combination of American oak and red wine barrels, a technique that pulls it toward bourbon-adjacent warmth rather than a classic reposado profile. Expect vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and a bright citrus lift on the nose and palate. Pour it neat to track the barrel influence, or build it into an añejo-style Old Fashioned riff.
