Dios Azul Añejo Tequila is a 100% Blue Agave tequila from Puerto de Hierro in Jalisco, Mexico, crafted by a fourth-generation family of agave masters under NOM-1477. The añejo rests for a minimum of two years across American oak and red wine barrels, deepening it to a golden amber pour. Expect dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and caramel on the nose, with a palate of toffee, vanilla, and almond easing into a cocoa-spiced finish. Sip it neat in a wide glass to let the barrel notes open up, or pair with dark chocolate or a charred steak.
