Faustino Garcia Vasquez and his son roast 100% Espadin agave in a wood-fired earthen pit, crush it, ferment in wooden vats, and twice-distill in copper pots. The result is bright with citrus, layered and complex, finishing long and smooth with gentle smoke and a whisper of mint. Bottled at 46% ABV.
