Tasting notes
The spirit presents with sweet grain, cut grass, minty herbs and vanilla caramel. Rich balance through the entire mouth. Very low heat for 100 proof. Black and white pepper on the tip, dry cinnamon center and malt edges. Graham cracker, mint and mild orchard fruit dissolves to dark cocoa powder, black cherry and a long, smooth, oily finish.
