Overview

Cyrus Noble is a traditional 90-proof Kentucky straight bourbon with deep San Francisco roots. Throughout the Old West, barrels and buildings bore the celebrated name of Cyrus Noble. Gold and silver mines were christened after the whiskey. Saloons in Montana and Mexico took its name. From the Straits of Magellan to Alaska’s icy tundra, Cyrus Noble whiskey was there. Today, there’s no need to hop aboard a steamer or a pack mule to find Cyrus Noble. Just ask for what Charles Dreyer, proprietor of Reno’s Oberon Saloon, called in 1903 the best whiskey money could buy.
Tasting notes

Nose: Toasted cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, nubuck leather, raisins, autumn leaves, brown butter, warm almonds, orange oil, marzipan

Palate: Warm cinnamon roll entry, with dried apple, a hint of maple, golden pie crust, dried apricot roll, walnut skins

Finish: Semi-dry and medium long with lingering cinnamon butter toast
